New external Venturi Filter
Customer has a number of meal Silos that draws air in via a fan to a dust collector. The air is drawn into the silo through a number of open spigots on the top of the silo which captures any airborne dust and contamination above the meal.The problem was the existing mesh filters did not guarantee to stop contaminated air entering the silo and blowing across the meal to the Dust Collector.
To cure this problem Cavendish Filters LTD designed a H13 rated cartridge to fit over each spigot to ensure clean air is draw into the Silo 325mm O/D x 1000mml x Standard PTFE membrane H13/14 with 200mm external venturi
